You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Snackory reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display product information, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
All prices on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees, unless explicitly stated. These additional charges will be calculated and presented at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error (typographical, clerical, or otherwise), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even if your payment has already been processed.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if products are listed at an incorrect price or are out of stock.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. For qualified B2B customers, Net 30 invoicing is available upon approval.
Billing: You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the designated payment method for any purchase. If payment fails or your account is otherwise past due, we reserve the right to cancel or hold any pending orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options: We offer standard, expedited, and freight shipping across the United States. Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders over $500 (dental equipment only).
Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Snackory is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or force majeure events.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss or damage for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of unused dental equipment and supplies, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Special-order items (e.g., custom-embroidered apparel) are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process:
a. Contact Customer Support (support@snackory.store or (312) 555-0142) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
b. Pack items securely in original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside, and ship to the address provided by our team.
c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund once the item is inspected.
Apparel & Consumables: All custom apparel (screen‐printed, embroidered) and consumable items (disposables, gloves, masks) are final sale, unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Snackory or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Snackory,” the Vortex logo, and other related graphics, service names, and taglines are trademarks of Snackory. You may not use these trademarks without our express written permission.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”) to the Site, you grant Snackory a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the User Content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post any User Content, and that posting such content will not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or refuse to post any User Content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If we cannot reach a resolution in 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the unauthorized use or infringement of Snackory’s intellectual property.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time without notice, including if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.
